Vicki Spradling
Vicki has been with Solano Family & Children’s Services since 1988. She spent two years as a Food Program Specialist, eight years in the Resource & Referral Program, became the Office Manager, and is now the Operations Manager.
Vicki and her husband live in Vacaville and have three grown sons and three grandchildren. They also have two adorable little dogs they consider to be their kids.
Vicki and her unit help SFCS achieve its mission by taking care of the needs of all SFCS staff, and our office operations. She believes it is important to support our staff every day, in every way possible, by ensuring they have the tools needed to be effective and efficient in their work so they may successfully serve our community. Her passion is customer service, both internal and external.

Board & Management Team : Teresa Godfrey
Provider Services Manager - Serving since 1988
Teresa Godfrey
Teresa has been with SFCS since 1988. She has her degree in business and operated a family childcare home before becoming employed at SFCS. She spent two years as a Food Program Specialist and was promoted to the Food Program Manager in 1991.
She is currently the Provider Services Manager, serving providers in the Child and Adult Care Food Program and the Subsidy Program.
Teresa was born and raised in California. She moved to Solano County when she married her husband who was enlisted in the Air Force and stationed at Travis AFB. They have 2 adult sons who live locally with their wives and children, allowing the family to gather and spend quality time together. She enjoys camping and hiking and reading when not chasing the grandchildren around.
Teresa shares her knowledge and finds pleasure in supporting and guiding the providers and families of Solano County, helping them navigate the regulations of the programs sponsored by SFCS and finding resources in the community.

Board & Management Team : Marilu Gabriel
Fiscal Manager - Serving since 1994
Marilu Gabriel
Marilu Gabriel has been with Solano Family & Children’s Services since 1994. She began as the agency’s Bookkeeper and immediately helped develop the agency’s current Accounting Department as its first Fiscal Manager.
Marilu started her career in the Philippines, where she worked as an Accounting Specialist for 14 years before moving to the U.S. in 1992. When she arrived in California, she immediately enrolled at the Fairfield Adult School to improve her computer skills. Each step Marilu took in the field of accounting, moving to California, attending the Fairfield Adult School, etc., has led her to be in the right place, at the right time – at SFCS in 1994.
Marilu loves her job and takes great pride in her contributions to our SFCS family and to our child care provider community. She has done her best to adapt to the culture and traits of being an American, all while not losing her own Filipino culture, values, and customs.
