Please read the attached notice regarding Supplemental Rate Payments you MAY qualify to receive. If you qualify for these payments, you should have already received an email from Child Care Providers United Supplemental Pay with instructions on how to claim your payment(s). CCPU has set up a Helpline for this purpose at (916) 980-8998. Their representatives are available Mon - Fri; between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

In Summary:
- Solano Family & Children’s Services WILL NOT be issuing these payments.
- These payments WILL NOT be sent to qualified providers automatically.
- Qualified providers must complete & submit paperwork in order to receive these supplemental payments.
- Please do not call your worker at SFCS, as we do not have any more information than what is provided in this notice.
