Parents who are receiving services for outpatient recovery treatment through Solano County Substance Use Services, may be eligible for early learning and care services. Contact Solano County Substance Use Program to request child care services. When we receive a child care referral, we will contact you to start the enrollment process.

Children are eligible for services through 12 years of age. Children with special needs may be eligible through 21 years of age.
