Foster Parents or Guardians who have a Solano County child placed in their care by Child Welfare Services (CWS), may be eligible for early learning and care services through the Emergency Child Care Bridge Program, as well as children of parenting foster youth, including non-minor dependents. Contact the CWS Worker to request child care services. When the CWS Worker sends a Child Care Bridge Referral, we will contact you to start the enrollment process.
Eligibility
Children from Solano County
- Residing with parenting foster youth, including non-minor dependents.
- Under 13 years old, who are placed with a relative or non-related extended family member.
- Under 7 years old placed in a foster home.
